Went in to finalize a small loan. And Fahim helped me through it all. Explained the benefits that comes with. Was very understanding when I wasn't understanding. If that makes sense. Very polite.
These people have got to be the worst I have ever dealt with. The office manager is extremely difficult to deal with. If you ever miss a payment, she is basically harassing you, but if they owe you money, you have to jump through hoops and wait weeks before its ever returned to you. I will never deal with this branch again.
