The loan process was easy, but once my loan was paid off they automatically signed me up for the "credit optimizer". When I questioned them after quite a few months of this payment coming out for a service I didn't want, they responded with "we sent you an email to opt out of it" which in fact they did not (I checked my junk mail as well). Then they proceeded to say they would send me another email and confirmed my email address. They again did not send me the cancellation email and ANOTHER payment came out!
