They have miscommunication between them. In any issue you got 10-15 calls and you need to explain yourself to each of them they will not share information between them and when you don’t answer phone they directly panic and send you an email with lots of unnecessary things. Amateurs advisors… I hope management can teach them how to show respect to a client.
