NEVER USE EASY FINANCIAL SERVICES Lots of reviews about lying and it's true, they do. My loan would be paid off this month for this particular location if they hadn't lied to me for 18 months about their ability to remove the useless medical insurance I should not have been sold in my situation, instead of sticking me to tiny payments that were impossible to increase for this reason. I have been client from this branch for more than one year now, and I have never missed a single payment. The treatment over the phone is pitiful. It was said they do not consider CCB as an additional source of income, and on the contrary, the online application do consider it. They definitely lack training and proper voice tone/mood when dealing with customers.
