Everything is good overall, including loan policies and payment arrangements. Customer service has mostly been positive—some representatives spoke to me very well. However, I had a bad experience with one representative named Manish. He was very rude on the call and did not properly explain anything. If a customer misses a payment for personal reasons, he should handle the situation professionally. Instead, he kept saying “make the payment now, now, now,” which felt disrespectful and unhelpful.
