Chatham branch gave us a run around for information only to be told we need more information after information. Get pre approved and told can sign papers as it’s been reviewed and then go to sign papers only to be told more questions of concerns. The person we spoke to on the phone would not even give us a chance to talk when we said now we don’t want the money because of being put through some many hoops and still need more information even after approval.
