Will try to rip you off by paying 3 times the amount of your loan if you agree to loan insurance, company gives you promises of higher loan then ends up not even being approved. When had to deal with them due to differing a payment to next month, was told not an issue then took the money out anyway. Shawna is nice upfront but when having to deal with her any other time gets extremely defensive and rude.
