I used to have a loan with this company for many years which I finally paid off last August. They said that it will take up to days to have my bureaux updated. So far Equifax has been updated but no TU. I called them and sent emails and was told that there is nothing they can do. I ask for debt satisfaction letter and was told that they don't give such letter.
