Awesome customer service! I experienced frustration at another location, spoke with Rhya at Wallaceburg branch and she not only got on it right away, but did so while attending a mangers conference at the same time. She kept checking in with me to make sure things were progressing. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
