Just had yet another amazing experience with Dina at easy financial! She always goes above and beyond makes the process Go so smoothly That there is never any stress added on. Such a kind and bubbly personality that it makes u feel like your dealing with With family.
I wasn’t planning on writing a review, but my experience with the manager, Shawn, was extremely disappointing. He was rude, unhelpful, and made the process unnecessarily difficult. He showed no concern for customer service and did not seem interested in helping at all. I’m honestly surprised someone with this attitude is in a management position. Dina was so helpful and I really can't thank her enough! From the moment I applied to getting approved everything was so easy and everyone I had talked to on the phone brought me through the process smoothly and I feel like they all really helped my chances of getting approved even though I don't have a good Credit Score. Dina even went above and beyond and helped me out by staying late so I could make it into the office. 11/10 Customer Service. Thank You So Much!!
