Dina was so helpful and I really can't thank her enough! From the moment I applied to getting approved everything was so easy and everyone I had talked to on the phone brought me through the process smoothly and I feel like they all really helped my chances of getting approved even though I don't have a good Credit Score. The manager here Sean is the most useless manager I don't know how he has this position he hung up on me last year while I was asking about a loan. Two days ago asked him for information about my loan and he tells me he'll get back to me still haven't heard from him but Im getting calls from them still constantly it must be so hard to do your job !!! And he's rude
The branch manager Shawn is so condescending. Times are hard, I can speak for the majority when I say if someone doesn’t pay their monthly payment, maybe ask what happened and. It just demand the payment. No option given they just want their payment. Horrible service and not only him. Dina is the only person I’ve dealt with at that location that has empathy. You can’t thrive in the financial industry when your rapport with clients suck! Do better!
