There are two horrible people at this branch; Dhirini Prajapapi who is a monster and should not be working with people, she is a horrible human being that makes you feel like garbage, I will work at getting her fired...all they do is talk...don't listen to a word I said......each female hung up on me....I called Customer Service and dealt with a wonderful person....I will be making a formal comaplaint with the CEO and board of governors...these two specific females are horrible....use the Islington branch....I am hearing the... read more
