If you ever find communication difficult from any person at this branch you should always ask for branch manager Troy. He’s the most down to earth and understanding guy there. he treated me like an actual human and was able to help me in a way that worked best for my and my loan. I was off work for sometime and spoke with another lady there and she wasn’t as helpful but when i called back a week later and spoke to troy the first time, i felt a weight lifted. he actually listened to my situation and gave me different options ... read more
All of the staff was wonderful, kind and helpful. One employee was training and she has done a phenomenal job. Answered all my questions and concerns, as we are taking out a loan. They guided me to step for success and to give support when needed.
I was absolutely given money when I needed it. ALTHOUGH now looking at what I signed I wasn't entirely sure what I was signing. I got a loan of "8.3k" but what was deposited was much less than that. Now a few years later I have barley made a dent. Be careful what you sign they'll take advantage if they can 🙃 I don't feel helped by the services that's for sure.
