First time we booked Easyclean for deep cleaning services . From booking to the cleaning service it went smooth . I spoke to a person named Trevor for appointment. He is very clear and booked the day according to our convenience. Also sent a group of cleaners who did the job clean and professional. We will keep booking you in the future.
Worst experience ever. Called and scheduled a bi-weekly regular clean. They insist on having your credit card information and never show up. We got strung along all day with delays and apologies, until after 4:00 pm and no one showed up. They then called to say they were shutting down their home cleaning business.
They did a wonderful job! Finally found a company that cleans the kitchen and bathrooms thoroughly.
