I would call them No Care, not EasyCasy They do the job and then leave you in the lurch when things go wrong. Post completion service is horrible - they just ignore the issue and take no responsibility. We had drainage issues on our retaining wall because EasyCare were too cheap to instal proper footings, we had rust issues with pool fence because they put in cheap fence posts and denied any culpability. Go elsewhere.
The Easycare Team transformed our backyard space into everything we needed/wanted and more. We were informed the whole way of what was happening and never left wondering, from our initial design to the products used in construction the team delivered the highest quality of work, on time despite COVID challenges. We have used them twice at our place, and twice at my mum's. Each time they arrive on time, and do an excellent job, even when faced with a very overgrown garden. Good sense of humour too. Will be continuing to book them and would definitely recommend.
