We bought these while living in West Palm Beach, and again now living in Boston. They have performed outstandingly well with Florida and heavy New England weather (blizzards, snow); very well made; simple assembly; never fade, great customer service. This is by far the best DIY alternative to professional awnings and they are better than the carbon/plastic awnings that don't do well with New England snow. Highly recommend.
I absolutely love the awnings they sell. I've purchased several and have not been disappointed. I'm 73 and have installed all of them myself. You can't go wrong with their great prices and excellent products. Happy in Michigan...
I had trouble at the very first step which was screwing the front and back bars together. The screws would not go all the way in. I called and received a message back saying I should look at the videos. I wanted to talk to someone to work through the issue and called several times. Each time I got a recorded message. I never got through and was unable to talk or chat with anyone. I sent an email and never heard anything. This was an excellent choice. The awning arrived as if it were custom made for my window. Easy to install and lasts and lasts and lasts. The colour does NOT fade even on the SW exposure of my south Texas home! Highly recommend.
Absolutely the best value awning. I ordered one, than another, and another. And I have more windows to go! One warning. One of the first steps in the installation is dreadful! So frustrating I wanted to burn the awning and the box it came in. The step requires you to thread the edge of the awning material down a metal track. Each time, my wife and I were on our hands and knees pulling the fabric with pliers to get it to move. The rubber handles came off my pliers twice in the process.
