It was a great experience and mainly I wanna thank Tristian and Sarah-jane dor explaining me alot about the car loan and they did a great job on handling my papers and explaining alot of things.
There seems to be a lot of negative reviews for Easy Auto's. This is definitely not one of them. My experience of buying a car at the Hendra dealership was smooth, easy, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Josiah was my salesman, and he went out of his way to ensure that all of my questions were answered. My car was ready on time, and was spotlessly clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending EasyAuto123 at Hendra.
I had to upgrade my car, and Joe was able to help me with all my questions as well as allowing me to take the car for a test drive to make sure I was happy with everything. I was then passed onto Kelly who did my finance and I couldn't recommend another finance person, Kelly was ontop of everything, I didn't have to ask any questions. I would highly recommend easyauto123 to friends and family
