I have called this place never no Answer.. Pretty sure this place is closed down been by here Wednesday Thursday Friday before 4pm And every time this place was locked up and closed!I have been without a phone for last week.Update yesterday (Monday) paid $20.00 for 2 gb data never appeared nor sent me a message thanking me for my purchase 🤔.. The customer service rep working on Friday morning was awesome!! She took her time to explain my options. She was absolutely amazing. Thanks for having great employees working there.
Jae was awesome. Called before I made it to the store and as soon as I spoke she was already on the computer pulling up my account. She offered me the options I had in regard to purchasing a phone and had me in and out of there within 15 minutes. Wonderful attitude and service all the while multi-tasking with present and new customers. She deserves a raise and some help.
