Well I have to say this is a great place for phone service if you qualify. List of things to have when u get here. 1 ID 2 proof of government assistance Like medicaid or foodstamps And if you already approved for ACP then that would be helpful. To get unlimited everything u have to qualify for safe line and acp.

The ladies working there are always friendly and helpful. The newer phones that are being provided now are definitely NO Good!! They are slower than the one I had before, but that's not the problem! They won't stay charged up, they shut off every little while and worse of all, they won't even work part of the time! I am handicap and I definitely need a phone that works! I really appreciate getting a free phone since I'm on a fixed income, but what good is it if it doesn't work! Just thankful that it was working when I fell t... read more

The prices seem great but unfortunately it's not as great as it seems. We purchased a phone and the first month was okay the data ran out fast. The second month we paid the bill and still no internet it keeps says pick carrier. We called customer service 27 times we were put on hold and hung up . We sent dozens of emails only one was answered with call customer support. Very bad customer service in store and on the phone. Go to metro or cricket . This place is by far the worst.
