Great service
Easy Wheels is Easily the most underhanded lawnmower repair service I have seen. They order faulty cheap made parts. Ordered a part with them and with in an hour the part broke. What were they trying to save a buck and order cheap? Then we asked to be refunded the money they took for the part and refused to give a refund. Shelly the woman who answered the call was unwilling to help and then when we asked to speak to the supposed owner he talked down to us the entire time. My husband ordered a new mower deck from them and new pulleys. When the deck arrived it was red instead of black. We understand this was not their fault it was the manufacturer’s fault. The pulleys he ordered separate actual came with the mower deck and no one told us that. So now we have an extra set of pulleys we can’t return. And when we went to put the new deck on we found out the nuts and bolts don’t come with the mower deck and pulleys so we now need to order those too. Sent in my Troy Bilt…. First of all 80 to pick it up. Secondly, they replaced a battery and cleaned the carburetor for 480 dollars. As we all work hard for our money, I’m a first responder for our country. Hoped to help a local business. This place is a rip off, avoid at all cost. If you work hard for your money go to another business. Pick a lawn mower, battery and clean a Carburetor for $480 shame on you. This place sucks! Plus took over two weeks, come on man, Citrus we can do better…
Called one day on my mower, they picked it up the following day, delivered it back running well the day after that. Delivery driver/repair person was easy to talk to and the pricing was very fair.
