We used Easy Way Limo in Chicago for a concert trip, and while the experience started off great, the return leg was extremely disappointing. They accommodated our group on short notice and got us to the venue on time, which we appreciated. However, after the concert, things went downhill quickly. I paid for our wedding limo a few months in advance and they showed up PROMPT and the driver was awesome! We wanted to get picked up at a certain time and go to a hotel before our trip to the airport and HR WAS SO ON TIME! I highly recommend and will continue to use easy way limo! Bus was clean and maintained. Driver, Lavonte, was extremely accommodating to our group. Very reasonable prices. The owners communication was great and timely! Everything was better than expected
We used Easy Way for transportation from the beyonce concert at soldier field. Driver was extremely communicative and patient as we found our way in the extreme crowds. Will definitely be booking with them again!
