Doctor did a botched bunion surgery in 2020 where she left my bunion & did not remove it. Proof from many doctors after her that she did malpractice. do not recommend coming here as every time i talk to Lauren, the receptionist, she is awfully rude for no apparent reason. Not to mention i was completely lucid and awake during my entire surgery which i was consulted by other doctors that that is not right. When called and asked for medical records, lady was rude once again after not speaking to her for better part of a year. ... read more
Just called to make an appointment at Hiram office few minutes ago and I think the receptions / phone was asleep as if I woke her up ..literally.. totally uninterested in helping a new patient or provide any info .. definitely would not visit there ! Terrible first impression!
