Brenda W, referred me to loan writer Blake Birch who switched a 20%down payment in escrow after we agreed different. Stay away,will sale you insurance less than appraised property is worth. Called 5 times to complain, no call back nothing. Stay away. Will switch up on you at the point of sale. Zero stars for Blake Birch and one star for Brenda W who put him over the loan. Process was fast, just unethical loan officer
