This was my first experience with a DCSR. And they made it incredibly frustrating and time consuming. I’ve bought and sold 10 different homes, have long term rentals as well. Their underwriting process was EXTREMELY slow. Things they could have done in some moments of waiting, they completely stopped. Their only saving grace was Breland. I will be looking at another lender if I do this again in the future.
