Put an action camera in for repair, gave my number so they could contact me for when it's done. Checked twice after 2 weeks and not done, it's now been 2 months and still no contact. Avoid at all costs!!
Awful. 11 days to repair my daughter's kindle with a scratched replacement screen. Was not told they would wipe the device so have lost photographs and will need to replace all the downloaded content. If I wasn't tied to a deadline then absolutely would not accept the quality of this repair. It is an improvement on yesterday though when a hairline crack (so still usable tablet) had turned into a completely unusable screen whilst in their possession.
Always reasonable prices never had any issues always helpful and quick with repairs
Didn't get a good vibe from the fella who didn't know a lot about my product that needed repairing. He wanted ALL my accessories i had not just the product which was a RED FLAG in my book. Didn't trust him...
