This isa great facility! Staff are very kind and units are super clean!
I recently rented a storage unit from this company, drawn in by their advertised promotion of 50% off for the first two months. Unfortunately, my experience quickly turned sour when I noticed that full price was being deducted from my account right from the start. Getting a trailer slot was easy because of the nice people (especially Jen) setting you up. BUT you are getting ripped off!!! The contract and payments are for a 11x30 slot. It's only 9 ft. wide. Upper management didn't want to compensate or care to change anything.
Jenn not only helped me figure out a problem but got me early access of 4 days. She was so nice, professional, and fast. She made this whole transition so easy and problem free. Thank you!
