i would not recommend this storage facility to anyone, we got in contact with them about our move out date and had no response, we tried again and they said to leave the lock and key they provided us at the office, there is no office, we contacted them before the next payment was do but they took the payment out anyways and will not refund us our money, go somewhere else if you need a storage unit, they are way overpriced and have shitty customer service! i had to one star them or i couldn’t post this

Update: so when I called and spoke to a gentleman about mailing a check in to pay my units rent, they never told me about blocking access after 5 days, AND that the person who checks the mail is not very regular about it. My payment has probably sat there for 3 days, and I get a late fee and most likely should not have. Jenn is still very polite, but this really is frustrating. Honestly, this place made the whole storage thing way easier than I expected. The property is super clean and well-kept, and I felt good knowing my stuff would be safe there. The staff were really friendly and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or confused, and getting set up with a unit was quick and simple.
