Bought an ozone bulb, ballast, and three headrests. Received the ozone bulb and ballast. Did not get the head rests. Called twice and emailed three times with no response as to where the headrests were. Completely ghosted for over two weeks. Maybe a google review will get a response? I'm not buying anything from them again until they respond to me. And yes, I checked my spam. I hate to do this, but they suck at customer relations.
Slimy. That is the best description of this company. NO follow up combined with BAD, INACCURATE description of product for Marquis Hot Tubs. Won't return calls. Missed appointments. Save yourself the headache and time. Just find a reputable Hot Tub Supplier like Marquis. Northern Michigan Steve

Dang, what a delightful customer service experience. Just spoke with Jason from Easy Spa Parts who did Magic on both order fulfillment and how to implement fronts for my Dimension 1 2010 Spa. Well we were talking, he mentioned he has a Dimension One Spa as well If this is what having a hot tub does to customer service, we should distribute them widely. Meanwhile, I am all in with this company that makes hot tubs maintenance so pleasant!
