Great tech support over phone and email. Walked husband through step by step installation of a retrofit for an older D1 @home spa with a board we could no longer get. Spa looks and runs like new!
Great customer service, I have an old spa 10+ year old, they helped me find the right part I was looking for a heater and some jets. They walked me through the whole process of identifying the parts, I talked to Skip and he was really helpful placing the order and shipping came to my place in no more than 3 days! I really recommend the company they take care of the customer the proper way.
Website said the part was in stock. Then after I looked at the order it said it was back ordered. Still haven’t received it. Do not order from these clowns. 🤡
Company name and their description states "In addition to our repair services, we specialize in parts, covers..." I live a couple of miles from them and needed a couple of standard seals and a cover, but was told they don't sell to walk in customers. That really doesn't make sense to ship a spa cover a couple of miles with added shipping costs. Owners: please reword your description or better yet, offer walk-in sales and I'll adjust my rating up!
