Ordered a new control panel on June 1st, but figured out what was actually wrong before it was delivered. Immediately started a return, emailed proof of unused part, and sent it back with the RMA number given. It was received by the company June 12 and we have not gotten a refund. Emailed twice asking for an update with no response. Called the number available, no way to actually speak with someone. We will now have to dispute with our credit card company and won’t be using this company again.
This place was great until a couple months ago. Now they do not answer calls or respond to emails. They charged my card $530 for a part that they never shipped! No tracking number was ever provided.
We ordered 2 upper controls on May 29th. They have not shipped the order, but they processed our payment and took our money. They do not answer their phones and they do not respond to emails. It seems like a total loss.
We ordered an LED wire with plug for our hottub and it processed May 5th. The light arrived however the plug clip pictured was not in the package. I have called numerous times leaving messages as there is no one answering the business phone. I have a short text thread with an assurance they would send me the piece...... I've got nothing. Bought an ozone bulb, ballast, and three headrests. Received the ozone bulb and ballast. Did not get the head rests. Called twice and emailed three times with no response as to where the headrests were. Completely ghosted for over two weeks. Maybe a google review will get a response? I'm not buying anything from them again until they respond to me. And yes, I checked my spam. I hate to do this, but they suck at customer relations. Update- I finally received the headrests.
