We had a great experience with Amanda. Our son was really struggling with sleep, and Amanda helped us get him into a much better routine. We really appreciated how she made herself available to talk so often and at different times, and how she listened to us and worked to tailor solutions to our situation.
Majority of the information provided is very easily googled. You hire a sleep coach for a more detailed and personalized program for your little one. There was so many holes and gaps in this program. We started off with sleep crutches, then some night sleep without any mention of naps. All are important but the information was not provided at once.
