Mickey Mouse company, came to take my car away, offered peanuts, and left receipt, QUOTE from receipt. No alloy wheels. QUOTE no battery. QUOTE no v5 QUOTE no stereo. These were all lies after I read the receipt,it ha a stereo,alloy wheels, new battery and V5. Considering car had no battery,I videod him drive the vehicle onto the pickup truck. Filled the form in on their website last night. It was answered promptly bearing in mind it was after 5.30pm. Collection was arranged for today and the driver arrived with his pickup lorry before lunch. Followed the precise instructions from the text message. Called the number, money was transferred within less than 10 minutes while chap was loading the car. He was the best quote for the vehicle so happy with service from start to finish 👏🏻

Very clear instructions for pick up not followed. Car was supposed to be collected 12.30-2.30pm. Driver was supposed to phone before arrival. Lorry arrived at 12 and no phone call. I was on a tight schedule and didn't want my wife bothered as she had important work to do and should not have been disturbed. She was and I had to rush back from where I was having a meeting. Not happy.

Spoke to Oliver about salvaging my wife's old Rav 4 and he offered me a fair price compared to 2 local companies arranged collection and they were on time and the money was in my account within 5 minutes Manik the collection driver was really friendly as was Oliver overall excellent service especially as we're in South Wales and they're in The Midlands
