I had similar experience with this dealership back in January. My husband and I went there one afternoon , sign says open until 4:30. It was no where close to that time, I called the number on the sign. Tony stated they were slow so he left early. Warming #1. Thes guys are some kind of scammers. Toyhauler I looked at was 16k online 18k interaction then sold but still there..shady business practices
Tony tried several times to short me on our agreed upon contract. After dealing with him I would not recommend this place. If I didn't have to move urgently I wouldn't have sold to them. It was a miserable experience for me. They keep saying they have to pay alot of money to repair items. My bet...nothing gets repaired and is sold as is. Tony is a nice guy but ruthless. I was so glad my contact with him was over.
Tried to hose us for more money after paperwork was signed. After we threatened to leave with our money the deal went thru. The used rv we bought had a plugged black tank, no inspections are done on these rvs before being sold. Buyer beware.
Short story: I do not recommend this "dealership". 2 stars, because Tony did eventually give me my deposit back. The dirty deets: The entire process was not even close to "above board", but if you're looking for a shady, quick, overpriced and under-inspected RV - Tony is your guy. Red flags were flying left and right with this guy!
