I went here just to look at cars as it was my first time making a purchase like this. Jon was great. They were able to get me a car that I never thought I would be able to afford. They made sure that we could get what we needed without compromising. I really appreciated that as we honestly needed the room for my kids and he got that. They also were able to get us a loan when other dealers wouldn't work with us due to my past bankruptcy. I bought a car from easy rides, they have amazing vehicles. I would definitely recommend checking them out. I thought I had a issue with the vehicle and with no questions asked they took care of all my concerns. Will definitely go back in the future.
Exceptional customer service when they say they do anything in their power to get u into something they will go all out. With a low credit score I mmaged to drive off the lot with a 2015 ford escape 8999.00 with a credit score of less than 600 and a down payment of 450.00. Rapids ford was great at one time but the sales manger now will tell u they can't help u without a huge down payment I went there first they wanted 1400.00 down on a 2013 ford edge both of my cars of 18k I didn't even put that down on them.
