Thirteen months ago I put a $1,000 deposit on a fold rush. After 5 months of waiting for the bike, I asked for my deposit back. Denton agreed to give it back. I've been waiting 8 months for him to send me the deposit and he still hasn't sent it.

I have really enjoyed my bike it goes very fast it's enjoyable riding and just speeding through the town but also it's very comfortable and that's a very good thing and I have a hearing problem I can't write a two-wheel bike and this bike is just amazing

I love my Tour Easy recumbent. It has given me 12 years of comfortable performance and it is still going strong.

I would give zero stars if I could. First it took 20 days from the time I ordered to when it arrived. I requested multiple times for an eta and was not given any kind of useful information. I called and talked to Gina Jones (I think was her name). I tried to explain to her what happened and before I could finish talking she started yelling at me. She was by far the worst person I have ever had to deal with! She was extremely rude, condescending, belittling, impatient, and short with me. I really hope this company can figure ... read more
