From beginning of a job to the end Andrew is a wonderful example of professionalism. He quickly answers request emails, arrives on time, works competently, and tidies up when done on all the jobs he has worked on for us. He went out of his way to contact a company re a faulty product we had and a replacement was delivered to our home. We appreciate all his efforts and have benefitted from his advice. Had an inconsistent water temperature issue throughout my entire home. A new tankless water heater had just been installed 4 days previous, and we were doing a major bathroom renovation at the same time. I called Andrew and gave him the low down. He asked for several pictures of the new plumbing being installed. Within minutes he sent this message back, with the filling picture: Try pushing this white square down to shut it off. He’s amazing! No charge! Problem fixed! Going to be my first call every time.
