I contacted Symon to repair a leaking cold feed to an electric water heater and true to his ad he got back to me within an hour, we exchanged pictures of the fault and unit and he offered to come out on Sunday morning to fix the leak, he quoted his prices up front and we agreed on the job. We’ve used Symon a few times now for various things including plug and tap changes and fixing a leaking hot water cylinder. Excellent service, reliable and friendly.

Symon was brilliant! The toilet flush broke I txt him he rang me back and arranged to fix it within a day! Great service, on time and now it’s fixed, very happy to have him in the same town as me and will be having him back when we need any work done again!
