First off let me start off by saying that Easy Pie literally has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my 37 years of existence on this planet. If I could give it zero stars I would have. The food (when actually prepared properly) is pretty good but when management cannot take constructive criticism and tries to turn the problem upside down and blame the customer? Unacceptable.
