I ordered at the end of December and now middle of January and no news about the order. And… The website is down, I don’t know for how long after I ordered. I’m going to call the credit card company to reject the transaction.

WORST !!!!! Company to deal with don't waste your time it takes forever to get your order, they won't respond at all to your emails and the telephone # on their website doesn't work

One of the worst Customer Service experiences I have ever had…. Two weeks ago, I ordered flour from them at an attractive price. At the time, I noticed I was being charged federal and provincial taxes (which is not normal for flour). I asked them to correct the issue in the Comments section of their order page. Very poor customer service experience. I have ordered 2 weeks ago and no follow up on my order. I left emails, voice messages, no response what so ever. I feel scammed and after reading several of the reviews it seems like an ongoing thing. Of course, they took payment from day 1!! At the very least I am expecting a response for the status of my order and have the option of cancelling for a refund like all other online companies I dealt with!
