5/5 Stars – Absolutely Brilliant Experience with Easy Panels! Quick delivery, great product, and packaged very solidly - ordered 3 x grey oak acoustic panels and fixgins! The in-house delivery team knocked it out of the park, but James? What a legend! The whole experience was great, the delivery was quick and nothing was damaged. The delivery guy was very helpful and friendly. Cutting and fixing the panels was straightforward and they look great. Very pleased and would use and recommend Easy Panels again.
I would say it's a two person job, imho. One to hold it steady whilst the other person puts in the screws. Once done it looks great
So disappointed with this company as the products are nice. However, when I made my first order, the product description online didn’t match what i received. Then I had to pay extra for redelivery to get them to change their mistake and repurchase online. I received a better match and proceeded with the job. Then realised I needed some more products to purchased again, only to find they had come when I was at work. Absolutely awful service would not use again. Avoid unless you enjoy unwanted stress First tried to delivery at 7:30 in the morning. All builders work 8-4. Immediately threatened with £25 redelivery fee if unsuccessful They call off a number and left a message and then when you return the call it says they don’t open till 9am and to call back then How can a company call from a number and not even be open to receive the call back from a customer I did ring around and had another person turning up for them but they refused to ... read more
