Staff very welcoming the doctor very welcoming. My daughter did very well. And was very comfortable definitely recommended
Had a great experience at Easy Optical in Berwyn! Dr. Stoch was super nice, informative, and made me feel really comfortable during my eye and contact lens exams. I even got sample contacts to try before committing to a full box — very cool and thoughtful. Highly recommend!
One star for customer service only. The staff was polite in person but misinformed me about my order and were rude over the phone. I was promised a gift card that I never received and was told multiple times my order would arrive “in a week” — nearly two months later, still nothing. They even played Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy while I was on hold, which felt unprofessional given the situation.
