I would not recommend this company. The movers were over an hour late, they said they would arrive between 12–3 pm but didn’t show up until 4 pm. Both workers were rude, unhelpful, and spent much of the time on their phones rather than working. They struggled to lift more than one box at a time, and we ended up doing most of the moving ourselves because they were too slow and unable to carry furniture or load the truck properly. They used to be good but now they are terrible.
The worst experience I have ever had. I had booked a week in advance for Friday afternoon at 5 Pm. I texted Ronnie on Friday morning at 11:40 Am to make sure he would be there on time but he didn't respond! I called him at 3pm and he didn't even apologize for not answering Completely unprofessional. When he and another man arrived I showed them all the stuff and they took my bed frame in the truck first. When they came back they asked me for cash! Hourly charge for three people and slow moving. Did not even have a charged drill for assembly
Sneaky and careless - go elsewhere. Booked a two man move for 8am - arrived 45min late and with three men at which time I was given the 'option' to pay for the third man because it "will be quicker and better". Turns out it was neither. The two guys doing all the work didn't know what they were doing (I had to show them how to get an infants cot through a door way) while the supervisor stayed in the truck.
