I have had a "top of the range " powered wheelchair from this company for a year now. In said year. I have needed several repairs. Each time I've reported issues it has taken at least 8 weeks to receive an outcome. I had an engineer out again yesterday, for a problem originally reported 5 months ago. To replace the parts for the second time in last 10 weeks only for him to turn up and change the wrong parts AGAIN. I really like easy mobility services I've been with them a few years now and I've never had one complaint When you are on the mobility scheme it is no different than buying one.
