Hi Melissa, and all at Easy Mobility, On behalf of my family, I would like to thank everyone for providing a 1st class Customer service experience in supplying my late Fathers Motability scooter . From my initial phone call to enquire about Motability scooters, the models / range you supply, to 'test driving', ordering and delivery, and having to unfortunately arrange collection, the Company has been exceptional. I would give no stars if possible. I purchased a wheelchair for my brother in May based on their suggestions from their OT. It has never been fit for purpose or suitable for his needs. Occasionally after a few months someone came out to ‘fix’ the problems (Unsuccessfully) and again another couple of months later… (unsuccessfully). The chair went back on 1st August. Now 2nd September and NOTHING. They have ghosted me. No refund or explanation. At over £5000 I have had to consult a solicitor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Good advise and help. Was able to expedite a new wheelchair order when there was specification issue with the original order.
