We rented from Jim and Radeane Blackwell (Easy Living Realty) from 2017-2022, and they are the worst, most underhanded landlords we have ever had! After asking them to fix one of the windows in our house that wouldn't open, Jim showed up to fix it with no equipment, and then asked to use our vacuum, and my tools. Then, after spending 20 minutes trying to fix it, he said, "You might not be able to use that window". purchased two homes through easy living...they were polite and helpful and always available. anyone who has had a problem with these people would have a problem no matter where they went.
