Do they have negative stars ? Completed a whole flat roof 16x24. Never finished the roof but demanded payment. Said they be back to replace the (collars) on the poles but never did (cost $5898) less then 3 yrs roof started leaking again, after over 100 phone calls he finally showed up, blamed it on a leaky sidewalk (another $1700) to seal wall.
