I would give 0 star if possible. How come a company took a month to reply to a customer complaint and asking for a remaining payment when a lift they maintained stopped working after their visit. They refuse to switch to a different technician when the compliant was about the person left one hour earlier than the slot we booked.
Caution I have been waiting 5 months for a repair / service If you don’t live in Melbourne expect to wait . They charge you extra to travel 1 and half hours so I don’t understand the delay . Expect to make multiple requests and they send you emails to say get a service and then they don’t book you in . I think they are short in staff and trained operators . Call centre apologise but say the same thing every few months when I ring again. Services are expensive and my last one was expensive and lasted 1 month before I reported... read more

Great place for people with Working Holiday visas to find housing as they offer housing that are fully furnished with shorter contacts in great locations! Always very speedy with maintained with any issues too
