Caution I have been waiting 5 months for a repair / service If you don’t live in Melbourne expect to wait . They charge you extra to travel 1 and half hours so I don’t understand the delay . Expect to make multiple requests and they send you emails to say get a service and then they don’t book you in . I think they are short in staff and trained operators . Great place for people with Working Holiday visas to find housing as they offer housing that are fully furnished with shorter contacts in great locations! Always very speedy with maintained with any issues too
Totally ripped off. Paid over $700 for a quick part change. Technician ticked off a service list but did not check the lift itself or come inside the house. He left the light on in the cavity and left us without back up batteries. What a rort!
