No idea how you can run a business when the admin department is so bad. Still no response from the below email address.
The techicians are excellent no complaints But don't try calling can take up to 10 minutes to get answered and when they do despite giving name, address etc it takes multiple minutes to find the records......call me I will fix it. When appt is made despite saying technician will be there between 8am -12noon the confirmation sent via text says its 8am to 16-30hrs.....trying to book online via email verification code sent to email......why the connection drops out - why not send to text.....reality is given the choice I would ... read more
