It's ok not the best not horrible
My experience with Easy Living and RHP Properties has been amazing. We just purchased a home and they are going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. I recommend this community to anyone!
Avoid this place if you can, its a trap, there's a mobile home scam basically you end up stuck here. Cause its cheap enough but the rent keeps going up, despite any extra help from landlord
Living here can be quite challenging, especially if you own motorcycles or any vehicle that produces more noise than typical cars. In 2023, my lot rent was only $550, but as of 2025, it has skyrocketed to nearly $800, which is outrageous. The management is not very helpful, and residents frequently complain about various issues, such as loud vehicles, motorcycles, minibikes, fireworks, children, lawn mowers, and more.
