I have been trying to contact the office regarding our AC being broken during this 110 heat index, and can‘t get a response. No one is checking the emails, the answering service won‘t let me leave a voicemail. I am very pregnant and have a toddler, and our home is over 90 degrees. Please could somebody from the office, or even a regional or district manager, reach out to us for an update. This is a warranty issue that shouldve been resolved last year.

Don't waste your time. This park, as well as Pine Hills are completely trashed. Management never stays and for good reason! You get what you pay for sometimes. Disgusting
Really bad . You can't have one bike out because they write you a message saying that you have to clean up your yard by the due date. All other houses are way dirty then ours. Other houses have random stuff outside there houses. And some of them are falling apart but they don't say nothing to them. But no one bike out at my house and we get a message saying we have to clean up our yard.
