Just save yourself and don't move here! Rent goes up yearly, fees go up at random, maintenance isn't well kept (half ass and RUDE), people speed all over the place INCLUDING maintenance/company cars, they'll get ya in and then it'll be a shit show. SAVE YOURSELVES! As for the office staff they maintain unhelpful.

It’s pretty grody. But okay for a trailer park. They fired a maintenance worker because he was black.
