Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience. We were looking to purchase a used food truck, and the seller informed us that a financing company had reached out to them directly and could help us with the financing. This company stepped forward on their own, presenting themselves as experienced and capable of handling food truck financing. At the beginning, communication was very responsive and proactive.
