Darrel came out today to do our yearly inspection. He was on time, courteous and professional. He answered our questions and gave us good advice about furnace filters. Overall we've been very pleased with Easy Heating And Cooling. One year ago they installed our system in our new construction modular home. They included us in decisions about duct and equipment placement, installed a nice system, and were consistently polite and professional.
Brylon was our tech. He was very knowledgeable. He only suggested what we really needed. He wasn’t pushy. I like that he took video of our AC unit while he was testing the capacitor. He also showed us the video after her replaced it. Would absolutely recommend.
Our AC was blowing hot air, the next few days we were looking at 95+ degree weather we are in a 3rd-level condo so it gets hot in here quickly. The tech (Byron) came out within 24 hrs. He swooped down from the sky riding his flying unicorn and fixed our AC at lightspeed time! He took time to talk to us and make sure we were happy and then he flew off into the clouds. Thank you Easy Heating And Cooling, and thank you guys for impeccable service.

They identified and showed me the problem, replaced the furnace, re-constructed some of the duct work, replaced the thermostat and had my place warm and cozy in no time.
