RecommendedVery impressed! Our home was constructed in 1990 and all 3 of the patio doors were hard to open/close. 2 other companies said the doors were worn out and replacement doors were the only option. When Abraham examined the doors, he said that these were great doors. After he worked on them, they were easy to to open, close and lock. I highly recommend his work!
I have an older home with lots of sliders and closets that needed repair. They came in fixed everything we agreed upon and everything came out great. Very pleasant workers and Abraham was awesome. I would definitely call them again if needed and I highly recommend them.
Unprofessional! I have worked 5 years as a customer service manager and I am not impressed with the customer service abraham(the manager/ installer) provided. First off, our sliding door handle/lock was not installed correctly. They tried to charge me 45 dollars to repair when it was supposedly covered under warranty. So they left it that way after they tried to get me to sign a paper saying if they feel like the door handle was misused they would charge me.
