Would give these guys half a star if I could. They tried to rip us off with a ridiculous quote through the real estate, charging around $2,800 to “fix” a shower glass screen. They claimed the entire frame needed replacing and added a whole lot of unnecessary excuses. We then contacted a company that actually specialises in shower screens and glass, and they said the complete opposite. According to them, it was a simple fix. Called on Monday for a quote and spoke with Mary. I sent through all the requested information, including photos, and never heard back. I followed up on Friday to check whether my email had been missed, mentioning that I’d already received quotes from other providers but wanted to give them the opportunity to quote. Mary’s response was: “You’re welcome to go with one of the other providers, and we’ll see you next time.” There won’t be a next time.
