Don’t waste you time and money int this unprofessional people, the owner take my window and never repair anything he keeps hiring when we when to his shop. Don’t believe in this person.
Easy Glass is very unprofessional. On Wednesday (10/31/2018), I called Easy Glass in Norwalk to repair a cracked window in one of the bedrooms. Originally, I told the guy that we would bring it but the window appears to be stuck or imbedded in the frame. We could not figure out how to take it out and the window ended up cracking some more. Does not stand behind his work. Installed shower door at my mothers,it continues to leak from bottom. Rafael wants to blame his poor installation and poor measurement on the tile work that was there when he measured and installed the shower door.
