Extremely unprofessional. They missed the first appointment completely without even calling. On the second try, the technician was careless and left tools lying around where my kids could have gotten hurt. Completely irresponsible.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any service provider. The technician was unprofessional, the repair was incomplete, and the bill was full of hidden fees. When I asked questions, they brushed me off. Days later, the problem came back. Do yourself a favor and go with literally anyone else.

They left my garage in worse condition than before. The door no longer shuts evenly, leaving a gap where rain and pests can get in. They refused to come back without another expensive service call. Their so-called “customer support” just brushed me off.

Terrible communication, terrible service, terrible results. They don’t show up when they say they will, and when they do, they bring the wrong parts. I wasted two full days waiting for them to come back, and still my door doesn’t function correctly. Save yourself the trouble and hire literally anyone else.

Awful service. The technician was rude, careless, and left a mess behind. He didn’t explain what he was doing, charged me way too much, and then left before making sure the repair actually worked. This company is a joke.
