The customer service was amazing! I recently requested a same day delivery from this company for a couch and loveseat, after making the same request with other moving companies in my area ( who btw rejected my request and kept trying to reschedule me for a weekday while I was at work). Not only were they able to accommodate my request but they also had friendly staff who followed up with me throughout the process. My parents ordered me a bedroom set from Big Lots and called to have it delivered to me. The lady they spoke to was so professional and helpful. I received my things so promptly and the guys who delivered were super friendly. I am loving my new bedroom set and can not wait until I get my tv stand. I will definitely be calling this company again. Love them!

Worst communication I’ve ever dealt with from a company. We ordered a mattress through another company and were referred to them for delivery. When we first called, the woman we spoke with was very dismissive but asked for us to send a picture of the order they would be picking up via text message and that she would call us right back when she got it to set up delivery.
