Damien is an absolute life saver. I rang him after hours in a panic and left a voice message. He called back with in 15 minutes. I explained to him another plumber had quoted me an exorbitant amount for a job and it needed to be done ASAP. He explained no way it should cost that much and to not worry. He offered to come look that night, but I said next morning was fine ( now my mind was at ease ) on arrival he confirmed the job would cost a third of what the other plumbing company had quoted.
