I went to have my iphone 13 repaired less than a week ago for a broken LCD. The man working told me that my phone had a factory defect as the LCD broke without me dropping it (there was small piece of metal poking out behind the LCD screen causing it to break). Once he repaired it he assured me that it would not happen again and that if it did that he would take care of it for me.
