On our way to Fenway for a concert (which our tickets were on) and was starting soon- my boyfriends phone screen went black, I called the closest phone repair shop- he said to come right in, within 20min he knew our urgency and he replaced the screen and gave us a free case! Amazing customer service!!!!!
Faigo was absolutely awesome and he deserves a raise. He does great work as a person who works in service. He is patient/calm and understands great customer service.
Very fast and quality phone screen replacement, and my Face ID still works and everything looks good! To replace my phone screen took about 15 minutes and cost $130 for an Apple phone screen replacement, more than the minimum $40 advertised but still faster and cheaper than having Apple do it and I have an older phone and they had the screen replacements in stock for a same day fix.
WOULD 10000%%%% recommend he fixed my phone in like 15 minutes I was surprised how quick it was no place has ever been that fast, and it was only for 80 great price!!! He also sells iPhones and other phones too, great selection!!! He gave me a case for free it was so kind, legit made my month and whole day! Will definitely be coming back! I really hope yall go to him
